Kisan Andolan: Rakesh Tikait laid conditions for clearing the border of Delhi, tweeted the information

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi may have announced the repeal of all the three central agricultural laws brought a year ago with a big heart, but doubts remain about when the farmers sitting on the border of Delhi-NCR will move away. From the latest tweet by Rakesh Tikait, National Spokesperson of Bharatiya Kisan Union along with the leaders of United Kisan Morcha, it seems that the farmers' protests from the four borders (Shahjahanpur, Tikri, Singhu and Ghazipur) of Delhi-NCR are not going to go away for the next few days. Despite the announcement of the central government to repeal all three central agricultural laws, farmer leader Rakesh Tikait, who led the protest on the Ghazipur border of Delhi-Uttar Pradesh, has tweeted and said- 'There is no monarchy in the country, just by making announcements on TV. The farmer will not go back home, the government will have to talk to the farmers.

These are the 2 important demands of farmer organizations

The representatives of the central government should talk to farmer organizations (United Kisan Morcha).

The central government should agree to make a law on the minimum support price.

Farmer leader Chaudhary Vinay Kumar, associated with the Bharatiya Kisan Union, says that the announcement made by the Prime Minister is welcome. But the agitation will continue till a law is made on the guarantee of purchase of crops on MSP. This will be a true tribute to the farmers who were martyred in the movement. The demands of the farmers are still unfulfilled.

At the same time, Sukhvir Singh, a farmer leader associated with the National Farmers' Labor Organization, says that the government should soon enact a law to guarantee the purchase of crops at the minimum support price. Farmers less than this will not be accepted.

Significantly, on the auspicious occasion of Guru Nanak Jayanti on Friday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the withdrawal of all three central agricultural reform laws. Addressing the nation on the occasion of Guru Parv, Prime Minister Narendra Modi apologized to the people and said that the government could not explain the benefits of these laws to a small section of farmers with full dedication and in the interest of farmers. He said that every farmer is important for the government, so these laws are being withdrawn. Appealing to end the agitation, Prime Minister Modi said that these three laws will be formally repealed in the winter session of Parliament beginning later this month. Referring to the speech of Shri Guru Nanak Dev ji, the Prime Minister said that whatever he did was for the farmers and whatever he is doing is also for the country.

Despite this, farmer leader Rakesh Tikait has said in response that there is no time to distribute sweets and laddoos. The struggle will continue. The movement will not return immediately. We will wait for the day when agricultural laws will be repealed in Parliament. Along with the Minimum Support Price (MSP), the government should also talk about other issues of farmers.
