New Delhi: The winter session of Parliament will begin from Monday amid a flurry of issues. On the very first day, Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar will introduce a bill to repeal three agricultural laws in the Lok Sabha. The opposition has also indicated to adopt a sharp stand on issues like farmer movement, inflation, Pegasus espionage, privatization. At the same time, the government has a strategy of retaliation. While presenting the bill to repeal agricultural laws, Agriculture Minister Tomar will tell the laws in favor of small farmers.
The government will introduce 26 bills, including repealing three new laws, regulating cryptocurrencies and official currency. While the National People's Party (NPP) demanded the withdrawal of the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), parties like JDU, Apna Dal, RPI demanded a clear stand from the government in the matter of caste census.

Due to this law, there is a situation of confusion in the Northeast. On the other hand, JDU, Apna Dal and RPI demanded the government to take a clear stand in the caste census matter. Apna Dal's Anupriya Patel said, the government is not opposed to it at the policy level.
If there is some problem then a special meeting of NDA constituents should be called in this matter. The country should know the clear stand of the government on this issue. JD(U) national president Lalan Singh also made a similar demand. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, who was presiding the meeting, did not say anything on the withdrawal of CAA, but assured to consider the demand related to caste census.
