CBSE Term-1 Exam: With the commencement of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class 12 Term-1 examinations on Tuesday, the Directorate of Education of Delhi has issued a circular to the schools saying that ration distribution and vaccination will be done during the examination. Such activities should not be organized.
CBSE Class 12 and 10 exams for 'Minor' subjects are commencing from November 16 and 17 respectively. Class 10 exams for 'major' subjects will start from November 30 and class 12 exams from December 1. The mid-term examinations of classes 9 and 11 are also scheduled to be held from December 1. The said examinations will be conducted through 'offline' mode.
The circular issued on Monday said, “For the smooth and uninterrupted conduct of all examinations, the heads of government, government aided and unaided schools are hereby instructed to conduct ration distribution, immunization centers or other activities during the examination. Do not run public activities." School heads have also been instructed to provide masks, hand sanitisers and maintain cleanliness.
